The Russia – Alpha Chapter was chartered at the St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University in May 2014. Professor Alexander Kazakov (6th from left) leads the Chapter. Five faculty member and 7 students were inducted a the ceremony, which was attended by Vice President George Vander Voort (5th from left).
Alpha Sigma Mu is the international professional honor society for the field of materials science and engineering.
